Suzanne is a passionate OT and researcher. She is currently enrolled in the PP-OTD program at Boston University and obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Suzanne views herself as a generalist and treats clients of all ages and with a variety of conditions across the continuum of care in her private practice in South Africa. However, most of Suzanne's research efforts and projects are aimed at return to work with a recent new interest in community health promotion.

Suzanne teaches at undergraduate and post-graduate levels at the University of Pretoria in South Africa and is engaged in various areas such as neurorehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, and pediatric intervention. Most recently Suzanne has started to explore interprofessional teaching and collaboration between allied health professionals.

Suzanne has published in WORK and the South African Journal of Occupational Therapy.
