Jiaxi Peng, Ph.D. is a distinguished associate research fellow of psychology at Chengdu University, the associate editor of “Frontiers in Psychology”, and member of the editorial board of “Psychology in China”.

Dr. Peng received his B.A. from the Beijing Normal University and his Ph.D. from the Fourth Military Medical University. His research interests include organizational behavior, as well as behavioral decision making. He also is engaged in studies on positive psychology, especially positive organizational behavior in the workplace. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers and chapters.
